Outside of our delivery area? We don't want anyone to miss out on our gourmet cookies! Please contact us if you require delivery outside our delivery area and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

Delivery cost is dependent on location and includes HST. Your delivery fee will be calculated at checkout based upon the postal code.

We deliver seven days a week between 10am and 6pm. Please allow 24 hours for delivery.
You’ll be able to select the date you’d like your cookies to be delivered at checkout. Although we always aim to do our best, we can’t always guarantee a delivery time.

We don’t offer refunds or replacements on any deliveries damaged or stolen as a result of the recipient not being home. This includes, but is not limited to inclement weather and inaccurate shipping information.
For houses with an accessible front door, we will ring the doorbell or knock. If there is no answer, we will leave the cookies in the area we deem to be the most protected. We will text the recipient to let them know that the cookies are there. It is their responsibility to retrieve the cookies in a timely fashion.
For apartment buildings and condominiums, we will call the recipient to meet us in the lobby or let us in to deliver to their unit. If there is no answer, we will leave the cookies with the concierge if available. If we are unable to reach the recipient and can’t leave the box with the front desk, we will bring the cookies back and arrange another delivery time. There will be an additional charge.
It’s important that the recipient’s phone number is included when sending a gift. If no phone number is provided, we can not notify them of the delivery.

Absolutely. Kiki’s Cookies can be sent directly to your recipient, complete with a personalized gift message. It’s an easy, thoughtful way to celebrate, say thank you, or stay connected.
