The Chocolate-Covered Sponge Toffee is gluten-free. We are hoping to add another gluten-free offering to our menu soon.

We offer delivery within the western portion of the GTA. Delivery cost is dependent on location and includes HST. Your delivery fee will be calculated at checkout based upon the postal code.

We don't want anyone to miss out on our gourmet cookies! Please contact us if you require delivery outside our delivery area and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

At Kiki's, we make all of our cookies from scratch and bake them the same day we deliver them to you. We only trust a few individuals to make them for us. So occasionally we have other commitments and are unable to fulfill orders on a specific date. But remember that all of our cookies freeze well, so you can always order ahead of time and store them in your freezer until you need them.

Simply place the cookies in a container or freezer bag, separating each layer with a sheet of wax paper. When you would like to enjoy a cookie or two, remove them from the freezer and let thaw for about 15 minutes.

At Kiki's, we test all of our recipes several times until they are perfect. But sometimes, you would like something a little different. Perhaps you prefer your chocolate chip cookies with semi-sweet chocolate instead of milk chocolate. Or maybe you need a fix of our Ginger Molasses cookie that isn't on our menu during the summer months. Please contact us, and we will do our best to fulfill your request. Please note that there is a minimum order quantity of three dozen for a custom order.

Baked goods sold in quantities of six or more are non-taxable, therefore there is no HST charged on any of the cookies. However, our sponge toffee, peppermint bark and delivery fees are subject to HST. The tax is included in the prices shown for these items and no further taxes will be added at checkout.
